Shipping and Return Policy

In an effort to avoid credit card fraud, will ship to a different address as long as the bill to address can be confirmed. uses the Address Verification Service (AVS) by the supporting credit card companies. For safeguarding our customers, if a billing address cannot be confirmed we will NOT ship the items out.

Shipping Rates & Turn around Time:



  • All Products in stock are shipped within 48 hours from the time of purchase via FedEx Ground for free.

    If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

The express mail shipping rates charged for your order is based on the number of items. We charge a fee of $30 per item . Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.


Order Shipment:

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card it will ship within 48 hours from the time of your order. We will send you tracking information within 48 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address your provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order feel free to follow up with us at


Order Tracking:

If a Tracking Reference # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update you by email with the tracking information. Please note that some orders may not have tracking numbers.


Cancellations & Refunds:

Once the order is placed and payment for the goods made via any of the permitted options, the order remains valid and cannot be cancelled in the intervening period between the commissioning of the order and the delivery. All orders cancelled within 24 hours are subject to a $25 administration fee whether or not your order has shipped. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.


Order Returned Undelivered:

All our shipments require signature on delivery. If order returned undelivered, we can re-ship the order if you pay us re-shipping charges.

Do not accept package without obtaining certificate of damage if shipment being delivered is open or damaged. Once signed/delivered, it is considered as delivered in good condition. To file claim, you must provide us certificate of damage/loss issued by the shipper.



Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If you item(s) do arrived damaged please send photos to and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.



All orders that need to be shipped to India are notified via e-mail with the Expected Delivery Day. We use Professional Couriers to handle the shipping.
